There will be plenty of activities for kids of all ages. The Carnival will be in full swing from Thursday noon until Sunday evening. Saturday, at the Albertville Fire Hall, The Lions will create ID's for the kids, The Lake Community Bank will bring in "Gonzo" the clown. The Fire Department will have all their Equipment on display. The Toddler Town will be a popular spot filled with toys for the little ones. The Queen canidates will be on hand selling Root Beer Floats and Painting Faces. KRWC will bring there show on the road with alot of fun games and prizes. The Knights of Columbus will be hosting a Pedal Tractor Pull. St. Albert's Catholic Aid will host a Bingo at the Parish Center Saturday evening.

Button Contest

2010 Friendly City Days button design contest will be underway shortly. A committee will select the winning entry for our 2011 Friendly City Days button which will be sold to the public and traded throughout 2011 to other royalty by our reigning Miss Albertville and her court. The contest will be for the backround picture on the button. The contest is for kids 5 - 12 years of age. The button must be creative, original, and legible. Any medium can be used (pencils, crayons, paints, markers, computer, etc.). The entry deadline is May 6th. Watch for more details on this site. Your entry should include your name, age, address, email, and phone number. The winning entry will picked prior the Friendly City Days and will win $40 worth of ride tickets.
